Appointments:

Sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled online.
Please arrive on time for your session. If this is your first visit, plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake paperwork.


Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
This policy allows time to offer your appointment to another client and helps maintain a consistent schedule.


Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
The full session fee will still apply.


Payment:
A card on file is required to reserve your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Gratuity is not expected or required.
Pricing reflects the full value of your session.


Age Requirement:

Services are available for clients 18 years and older.


Pregnancy Massage:

I am not currently offering massage for pregnancy.

Health & Wellness:

Please inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in your health prior to your session.
Massage and bodywork are not a substitute for medical care.
Respectful Environment
Serendipity Massage is a professional space dedicated to therapeutic bodywork.
Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will be charged.
